About Manash
Manash is more than just a name—it’s a tribute to my mother, the woman who taught me the beauty of cooking, baking, and bringing people together around food. When my sons were young, they used to call her “Manash.” She was the heart of our home, filling it with the scent of cardamom, rosewater, and freshly baked sweets.
Every celebration with her—Yalda, Nowruz, and even the simplest gatherings—was filled with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable flavors. Her love for sharing food became my greatest inspiration.
Though I lost her too soon, her spirit lives on in everything I make. Naming my business Manash is my way of honoring her legacy and passing on the same joy, creativity, and love she brought into our lives.
What we do
At Manash, we continue my mother’s tradition and create a space where:
• We bake and cook together—from breads and pastries to delicious meals—sharing joyful and memorable moments.
• We share our cultural recipes and traditions, keeping the spirit of togetherness and celebration alive.
• We craft handmade breads, pastries, and desserts with care and love, so every bite offers a taste of home and a piece of Manash’s spirit.
Every class and workshop is an opportunity for learning, creativity, and sharing joy with others—the very thing my mother always wanted.
